OpenText has released ApplicationXtender (AX) 20.4. This release comes on the heels of 20.3 that was focused on cloud readiness, and performance, and user productivity enhancements.

To help enterprises eliminate manual document processing, OpenText has added hooks to new workflow and processing engines in version 20.4. OpenText AppWorks will soon replace Workflow Manager (WFM). Reports Manager (ERMX) will also be phased out for OpenText Output Transformation Server (OTS).
These two upgrades reinforce AX as a market leader in the document management industry for years to come.
