When Leslie Brosnan became Titus County Clerk in January 2023, she took on the responsibility of protecting the county’s historical records while enhancing access for its citizens. With a courthouse that had burned down three times in the county's history, the importance of preserving these documents was deeply ingrained in her mission.

Building on an ongoing preservation initiative, Leslie made it her priority not only to safeguard these vital records but also to improve how her office serves the community.

Partnering with Revolution Data Systems, Leslie expanded the preservation efforts to include the digitization and indexing of the county’s deed records. Her leadership ensured that these irreplaceable documents were protected for future generations while being transformed into accessible resources for today.
