How to Add Rubber Stamp Annotations in ApplicationXtender
Video Transcript
Hi. This is Revolution Data Systems.
I am going to show you how to use a certain type of annotation called rubber stamp. The rubber stamp is a ready-made set of annotations. They perform certain functions that you might use over and over.
For example, a lot of different things need approval. And it's really nice to be able to just simply click and add an approval from the user you are logged in as with a date stamp.
Another type of rubber stamp is something called a blackout box. That is a handy redaction basically that you can use to drop anywhere by clicking where you want the upper left corner. Another rubber stamp is confidential. A lot of documents need to have that for legal purposes. And you can simply add these in whatever location you wish.
Another of the rubber stamps is the large confidential. This one is fun because you click where you want the left side of it, and it goes vertically up the page and can't be missed.
Another rubber stamp is received. What this does is allow, much like the approved, to place a date stamp of the logged-in user and the word received.
