RDS hires new Support Engineer

Revolution Data Systems is proud to announce the recent hire of Bil Willis as a Support Engineer. He will provide technical assistance to our ApplicationXtender and Intelligent Capture clients. 

Bil began his career as a copy/printer technician. After studying at Southern Methodist University, he worked as a Solutions Engineer for Ikon’s (now Ricoh) professional services division. 

His role included installing printer fleets in Novel, Microsoft, Unix, and mainframe environments.  He installed and trained in a wide variety of software solutions that included document management software while obtaining numerous certifications over the years including MCSA, MCTS, MCP, CMP, and others. 

Bil and his wife have a 9-year-old daughter named Sophie.
