Revolution Data Systems Acquires the OpenText ApplicationXtender Business Unit of ImageServ
Abita Springs, LA, March 7, 2019 - Revolution Data Systems (RDS), a national BPO and document management provider, has entered into an agreement to acquire the ApplicationXtender (AX) business unit of ImageServ, a West Virginia-based content management and imaging company owned and managed by Maureen O’Toole since 2002. This acquisition is part of RDS’ ongoing strategy to expand its AX user base across the United States. RDS will take over all support, upgrades, professional services and consulting engagements immediately.

RDS employs a team of ApplicationXtender engineers and consultants that provide design, upgrade, implementation, and ongoing support services. They manage systems for thousands of active users of ApplicationXtender across diverse industries, including state and local government, financial services, education, entertainment, insurance, and manufacturing.
